quality issue here
Ive had two of these for years, one was black but the black coating started to peel off, flakes were found everywhere even in the drink, I cured that with an hour spent removing all the black coating, it then gave sterling service for years, they do keep the drink hot for the time I needed and never leaked, unfortunately the years of service and I admit some poor treatment, they no longer keep the drink very hot, I was pleased with the service these have given so ordered new ones off Amazon, one arrived with a badly fitting lid, it had a ¼ inch gap on one side, it was really shoddy and showed poor quality control as the problem was easy to see, I really didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, the old ones have the same lids, so I swapped lids and the problem was solved, but it should no have been there in the first place

It works well...but there are better mugs for half the price.
Does keep hot drinks hot for a good long time, and the slightly rough finish is easy to grip even with my nylon winter mitts. My only grumble is that the screw lid doesn't sit flush with the rim of the cup. That's only as minor complaint however as it doesn't leak. Unlike other travel mugs, you need to completely remove the lid to drink from this one, but I guess that helps with the heat-keeping.After a while though, I ended up buying a more practical thermal mug at less than half the price of this one - The Edel Hoff insulated Vacuum Travel Mug. For half the price it looks nicer, is just as good quality, holds more liquid (380ml), and I can drink from it without having to take the lid off, making it much more convenient for driving.

Hard-wearing and keeps your drink hot for a morning
I use this for work if I'm out and about and can't access a hot drink in the morning or afternoon. I wouldn't class it as thermal but the drink is still warm enough after 3/4 hours to make my coffee still pleasurable to drink so I guess it works fine. I inadvertently dropped mine which did no damage whatsoever. So compared to a glass thermos which could have potentially shattered inside although making the drink hotter for longer I think this does what I need it to do well.

Lovely
Bought the purple one as a replacement for one I'd had for years, which was no longer holding it's heat. Lovely colour. These hold a good amount of coffee/tea and keep hot for hours. They do not leak, so can be put in pocket or bag. We have learnt that when lid is removed it can drip, be wary as it can be very hot. Hubby uses his in car and camper van especially if I go shopping!! Will be buying one for my neighbour for Christmas as she is becoming less able to move around, so will be ideal to have by her side with a hot drink - less chance of her spilling her "cuppa" on herself.

Excellent, a Highly reputed brand
Excellent, LifeVenture is a Highly reputed brand.Very well made with robust metal and inner and finish (nice colours too!). Leak proof and sealed lid, easy to open too even with gloves on. (also fits in a car cup holder base). This size flask fits the hand/glove well.Very high quality interior that rinses clean every time, and remains stain free even after many (tea) uses!Holds the heat for a very long time. This is the perfect size, as not too big and cumbersome, equally packs away easily into a pocket.I have many LifeVenture products and they are always well researched and manufactured to very high standards.WOULD recommend this.

Very nice thermos
I've been using this flask daily for over a year now, and am only now getting around to posting a review. I love it and have gotten so used to it in my life. It keeps coffee warm for hours, and because of it i've probably saved hundreds of pounds over the last year by bringing coffee from home. It's never once spilled in my bag, which is huge because every other thermos I've had has been prone to leaks and spills. Super easy to clean, doesn't retain smells, secure, and on the small side which makes it very portable. The only issue I have with it is that over time, the rubber seals inside start to harden. So after some time there's a prominent squeaking noise when you open the thermos which gets a lot of sharp stares if you're in a quiet place like the cinema, a lecture, or a library. Also, the outside green coating on mine has start to scrape off over time. So now there are specs of silver that can be seen through it, which in my opinion makes it look cooler and more "worn" in a good way if you know what I mean. But this might be a turn-off to others. All in all a very solid addition to my daily gear.

The perfect solution for hot or cold drinks-on-the-go
We bought two of these so that we could take our own hot drinks out on our daily walks instead of paying a fortune for cafe take away's and then having to throw the containers in the bins - such a terrible waste. We are delighted with these hot/cold personal mugs and have more than made back the outlay of buying them with our savings on take away drinks. So pleased we found them on line and would highly recommend them.

Mug and flask. Very practical.
The thermal flask and mug is ideal for walks and picnics. We use ours when travelling, but now for our lock down walks in the countryside. Easy to clean with wide opening. The rubber seals can be easily cleaned and they seal really well. You have to take care to avoid drips when opening it. It has a lid on the top of the lid that I have never used but I think is meant for a tea bag or something, not sure exactly, but because the steam vents into this space as well I'm not sure how well it would work. Excellent flask keeps drinks hot or cold for several hours. Made from stainless steel with a colourful slightly matt finish so easy to hold. I really like these.
