Smells amazing! I use this in my diffuser at night and it creates such a calming atmosphere. It’s helped me relax before bed, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster. High quality oil that doesn’t smell artificial.

This is my favourite oil of all time and I’m so addicted to it! I specially ordered an extra bottle to help me through my labour and delivery because it’s so calming and so refreshing. I put a little bit on my wrists as a perfume and also on the diffuser, my favourite is to but about 6-10 drops in a little spray bottle with water and spray it on my face when I need a little refresher.

This oil definitely relaxes you. I've used it in aromatherapy necklace while I was doing my bedtime routine, and I've burned it in an oil burner. It absolutely does help calm you enough to fall asleep. It's completely giftable. If you know someone who needs help relaxing so they can get to bed on time, definitely give this a shot. If you're going to use this oil occasionally, the value for the money is fairly standard for essential oils, but if you want to make this part of your bedtime routine, I'd recommend seeing if there is a bigger size because this tiny bottle will not last very long and $5 every couple weeks adds up fast.
