Directions for use in english? i’ve received this product on a recommendation but use instructions are not in english. can anyone help please?

I used to use this a few years ago and bought it again recently and found the same problem. I squeeze the rubber top and dot the liquid gathered onto my scalp after I have washed my hair. I rub it in - it tingles, then dry as usual. I hope this helps.
