We just put this in and it looks like a real fireplace! The house has a wonderful fireplace as it was built by a master mason. We did not want to use wood in the fireplace but wanted the ambiance plus the heat that would help keep us comfortable and would not stress the HVAC system. This works GREAT and looks like a real fire w/ wood and is much cleaner and safer than using logs in our home. A great buy!

Received the log set yesterday, the log box was a bit beat up and upon opening it one of the large logs had been broken in half. Trying to contact FactoryBuysDirect may be impossible. I did contact Duluth who did call me back telling me they do not have replacement logs. I'll keep trying with the original place purchased from. I did epoxy the log together with J-B Weld extreme heat, so far so good.
