Fine to take but will not know the true answer until a blood test shows the vitamin F level to be normal. Could be another 6 months before I know.

Was taking a lower does of Vit D and was recommended that the strength be upped. Am assuming they are working as do seem to have a bit more energy and feel less stiff or if I do, it passes quickly after a sleep or a bit of a rest.
