I've been taking vitamin D for a couple of years now without any unpleasant side-effects. This is one of the supplements that apparently does a lot of good, so it's well worth adding to your diet. I've not heard of K2 before, but assume it's useful enough for something or other.The tablets are easy to swallow, but I've found that vitamin D tablets are invariably the smallest of any I take, which is a good thing. The only thing I don't like about these tablets is the price for only one month's supply, as it seems out of sync with many others on the market, hence losing three stars. Having said that, it ticks all the other boxes, so if you're happy with the price, then you won't go wrong.

Tried Vit D supplement, easy to swallow and not bad tasting. No difference to joint or bone aches so stopped taking them.

I was speaking with someone in the health industry and she said that she took Vitamin D3 every day 365 days a year as your body doesn't retain this vitamin, it has made added benefits.These tablets are a high dosage but in a small tablet so no problems in swallowing nor any horrid aftertaste.
