Worked well!
This coffee press works well! Took it on a camping trip and it did it’s job. Was a bit of a learning curve on how much coffee to use so I recommend you try it out to get your measurement right. But definitely sturdy and easy to clean. Held up well

Good quality
I have used it now for weeks and it works like a charm - everything nice n' tight and looks attractive sitting on the counter. I like using a stainless French press - I switched to them after breaking my 3rd glass one, and it keeps the coffee warmer.

Excellent Product Makes Great Coffee
I have owned many glass French Press coffee makers and they would always get broken so I would never spend more than $20 on one. When my last on broke, I was going to buy another one at a nearby mall but were sold out in three stores I checked. (Supply chain issues??) Anyway, I gave up and looked at them on Amazon. Lo and behold I found this item and gave it a try. I could not be more pleased! It will not easily break, the four screen system makes the best, least grainy French Press coffee I have ever had, and it is insulated and keeps the coffee hot much longer than any glass. The screens are well made and don't have any sharp points on them like other makers. This is the best French Press you will find for $20! Highly recommended!

Matches the single blue keurig machine
The reason I bought this was because my small kitchen appliances are basically all blue or teal AND the fact that it had 4 filters. I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed because it's the same shade of blue as my keurig.Never had/used a French press before. Purchased for tea and cold brew.I took a star off because after the 3rd use, I went to unscrew the filter to clean it and the top of the handle/blue part started unscrewing.Fixed it with threadlock. Hopefully after the threadlock cures, it wonlt ever do that again.Other than that inconvenience, it's pretty great.

Great with one flaw
This is an improvement over our glass one that was fragile plus it’s a lot prettier. One issue is that sometimes removing the filter parts is difficult because the knob up top also spins off and prevents me from getting the filters off. Overall though I really like this french press, keeps everything hot and filters really well.

Great for camping
The only downside to this fantastic press is it is difficult to clean while out in the bush. This thing is a tank despite not weighing much and my coffee/tea stayed hot for up to two hours after making it (summer camping). Will see how it fares this winter and I will be back with a report and probably that last star. Well worth it!!

Nice value
I liked the quality and color of this unit. It feels solid, good handle and looks great. I bought it specifically to be our camping press and it did not disappoint. I liked the extra screens that came with it. I do recommend prewarming before brewing so you can get the maximum heat for your morning beverage out in the chill of morning.I'd buy again!

overall good but major flaw
This is an overall good French press as like others I broke my glass one. The major flaw in this is that it’s all metal it acts as a giant heatsink. I know they say it’s a double wall design which I believe it is. However, usually "double wall" is in conjunction with it being a vacuum seal. Similar to a thermos. I miss read this and it’s NOT vacuum sealed. It cools down A LOT quicker than glass ones. The metal transfers all the heat from the drink to the outside. At least its steel and not aluminum. If it was it would be a lot worse. However, while breakable, glass is far superior in keeping it hot. This is just a glorified unbreakable heatsink. If I knew it wasn’t vacuum sealed I wouldn’t have bought it.

Granite worktops and glass coffee presses don't mix, so...
Like other buyers of this near indestructible coffee press I was sick of buying ones made of glass only to break them all the time. Granite worktops of porcelain kitchen sinks are a constant threat to glassware of any kind. This stainless steel coffee press looks as shiny as the picture suggests and produces great hot coffee. I do tend to pre-heat the jug with some hot water from the tap before I put the coffee in. Even without doing that I think most people will find the coffee hot enough for them, especially considering off the boil hot water at about 85 DegC is best for coffee - you don't scald the ground coffee and make it bitter this way.Highly recommended, just be aware you only get the jug and a spare filter mesh so you will need to use the plastic coffee measuring spoon that came with that glass coffee press you just broke.

Much faster plunge and better filtering than the broken Glass Bodem one it replaced
I've used mine to bulk brew loose herbal tea, and it's brilliant at this, because the filter is excellent.I can't say how durable it is yet, but it looks a lot tougher that a Glass one.The included spare filter disc is nice; hopefully I won't need it for a while.Any suggestions that a Glass one insulates better than this is dubious and frankly irrelevant:1. Leaving Coffee brewing for long may make the brew needlessly bitter, which is why I prefer using an Expresso machine or Aeropress for making most of my coffee from ground beans.2. Any brew will stay hot a lot longer in a flask, including double-wall Stainless Steel ones, some of which have convenient pouring tops, which I use.

Makes decent coffee, leaves no dregs and keeps coffee warm
Bought this metal pot as I'd just had an IKEA glass one break on me. So mostly I'm comparing it to that one but I'll also address some of the other reviews.1. It keeps coffee hot, not sure how long people expect it, its not a flask. But when I make a pot to myself, it is nicely hot for a couple of hours. Certainly no need to rush.2. It cleans nicely, it also leaves no dregs, so its very easy to simply tip the grounds out into the bin, it isn't a muddy gloop like others I have used that doesn't drain the whole water. Goes in the dishwasher but mostly I just give it a rinse.3. Very sturdy and looks nice, can't see it breaking any time soon. Can't really think of anything else to say about it really, it's a metal coffee pot that works as well as I'd hoped.

Great quality for price
Bought this to replace branded one that are always made of very breakable thin glass. This doesn't keep coffee warmed any longer than glass - I don't think - but it doesn't claim to. It doesn't loose heat any more than glass - I don't think.Came with spare wire mess, filter. Can't see why I would ever need this.If I somehow broke this - or ran it over by accident! - I would buy again.
