Why does the shower head keeps falling down and it doesn't securely hold on the bracket?

Probably you have the connections on the wrong ends. Switch the conical end to the shower head and it will fit in the holder.

The water pressure is too low, is there any way to improve it?

What is the solution of leaking issue?

If you experience any leaking at the threads, we recommend wrapping Teflon tape (plumber’s tape) around the threaded end 3–5 times to create a tight, watertight seal.

How can I install the flow restrictor, if water pressure is too strong?

1. Turn the shower head with the handle up so you can see the inlet of the shower head. 2. Gently put in the flow restrictor (the black circle should be upward). 3. Reassemble the shower head.
