Great item. Great product. It was exactly what it needed at a Great price.

Love this , works great to plate up a meal an place in the fridge ready to heat up for next day , only down side for me was the clips round edge are extremely tight just hope more i use it , they will probably loosen . I have a few sistema tubs , dont heat currys up or beans or tomotoe products they stain . My favourite sistema one is the microwave rice tub , makes rice perfect everytime .

Really handy... no mess cooking, sturdy and easy to clean. I have this 6 months now... I use it a few or more times a week and is holding up well. I love having Ramen at work (Shin Ramyun etc). I throw some Ramen/Noodles, hot water, frozen vegetables and perhaps some frankfurters, prawns or Beef ands it's an amazing quick microwaved lunch in 5mins. This is brilliant for Ramen - before I had a big tub, but sometimes it would overboil and cause a mess.. and I'd spend half my lunchtime cleaning it up. Most times - I don't even bother opening it to mix everything up... I keep it sealed and give it a shake.. it doesn't spill. It's good for everything... leftover dinners, currys and stews. Basily anything that'll fit in to it (and that's a lot). OK... the little rubber gasket comes off sometimes when unclipping the lid... but I just put it back on.. it's no bothers... it's just relaxed & loosened over time. Cleaning wise - Easy with soap and water or I just stick it on the top shelf of my dishwasher... Handy. I would definitely recommend this :-)

Good addition to the ever growing different types of this quality brand I am using.

I walk with a stick so a plate or dish with a lid especially a microwaveable one is perfect for carrying it. I used the dish several times with good effect. The other day I cooked a rice dish with lid on and vent open. It was actually a defrosted stir fry meal. I have cooked this meal many times in the microwave without adding any fat and it is fine. This time I took the dish out of the microwave and placed it in the paper carrier bag I use when I carry a couple of things room to room AND closed the vent to keep the food hot while I did something else. When I got in the lounge I took the dish out of the carrier bag and found that the lid (vent still closed) had been somehow sucked inwards and was now inverted. I managed to get the lid off but it is permanently bowl shaped in the opposite direction. The dish is unharmed and provided the contents of the dish are flattened in the middle I can still use the lid for cooking and for covering the food - I just don't close the vent till the food stops steaming. Otherwise I am delighted with the item. I have bought another one since so I have a hi-domed lid and the original one mis-shaped to choose from.

We recently came across the Sistema microwave cookware and ordered four versions of it. It is everything we'd hoped for. Easy to clean, designed for the microwave, adjustable vent, secure lid, etc. This version is great for reheating a dinner or anything which fits. It is not very tall which means you can eat right out of it if you want. Other models are bigger or smaller, some for steaming, cooking rice, etc. All that we have tried are excellent.

This is just the right size for warming tortillas and other such foods. Actually I love all my several Sistema microwave containers. There is a size and shape for just about everything needing to be microwaved. And yes the freezer friendliness is also great. Food can go from freezer to microwave and to table using just the Sistema container. Also is nice when making a dinner entree a day ahead, storing in the refrig in the Sistema, then reheating in short order the next night when too tired to fuss with dinner prep.
