Really good ice pack but doesn't freeze soft
This is a really good quality ice pack that stays cold for ages. My only critique is that it doesn't freeze soft as promised but a few minutes under warm water does the trick so no worries! - Thick plastic - Good gel - Nice quality & size

good size for injuries aches and pains, I have not tried it hot yet, they live in my freezer permanently This was badly needed purchase to replace a decades old icepack and the verge of leaking!

Put a cloth around it if freezing it
My wife used this after putting it in the freezer. It brought relief BUT she hadn't put cloth around it and had a bad freeze-burn. Take care.

Wir haben die Kühlpads nun 1 Jahr im Einsatz und sehr häufig verwendet. Tun absolut was sie sollen. Ich verwende sie nicht nur bei Prellungen, sonder auch bei Insektenstichen. Nach Gebrauch einfach wieder in den Kühlschrank, das 2er Pack ist praktisch, so kann immer wieder gewechselt werden.
