What is the difference between blue and new blue?

Nothing it is just a nice blue color

Washable or not washable?

Sorry, I haven’t washed mine yet. However I know it dries out quickly after each use. So I believe it can be hand washed with gentle scrubbing.

Does it comes with a strap?

Yes and it can be used as a handle to cary it in your shoulder

How is the packaging, is the strap seperate? I need 50 pcs strap seperate on packaging ?

The packaging was quite good, the strap separate and intact. Been using it for about 3 months... and it's holding up quite well.
