An excellent product which is easy to set up and very good value for money. Brilliant picture and sound.

Arrived on time, easy to set up and great picture. Also very light to handle. Great having access to Netflix and Amazon on the remote, only need one now rather than three! Would recommend, good value for money.

I think this is a great TV, especially for the price. The screen is very crisp and clear, and it's much nicer than my previous Sony Bravia HD TV. Obviously it doesn't have quite the same impact as the 55 inch plasmas you see in shops, but for my average sized living room, it is perfect.Setting it up was really simple and everything just worked, without too much fiddling around. My only gripe is that the Magic remote was not in the box, even though this model is advertised as including it. It costs £50 to buy. Using the normal remote is a bit long winded at times, and it's already getting on my nerves. I downloaded the app to my phone, but that's annoying too! Such a shame because the TV itself is great, and it would be even better with the correct remote.

It`s been five years since i bought this tv . It is still running like it was in the first day . Very good quality LG product.

TV broke after 2 years! it started displaying a blue screen which suggests the the LED backlights are faulty or that particular model has underlying issues.I contacted the supplier and made him aware of the Consumer Act Rights 2015 which states that the TV must be fit for purpose for 6 years after date of purchase otherwise the company I bought it from are liable.He just laughed on the phone and basically said that I am wasting his time. Now I am stuck with a TV that is basically useless. He offered no help whatsoever.I would not recommend this supplier!!

The product worked very well straight from the box. The stand fixes securely and is nice and solid. The picture is bright and very clear and sharp. The sound is clear and undistorted. All the available connections work properly. I am very pleased with both the product and the seller.

Picture clarity not as good as my Samsung. Remote controls complicated - not intuitive. Had trouble with accessing apps and had to reset TV. Everything is a bit slow. Adequate for the money but not a great TV

Good picture quality, once properly calibrated. The internal sound is mediocre at best, but as I use an external sound system, this was not an issue for me. The setup was relatively painless, allowing the selection of cable, satellite and antenna, depending upon the sources available. While the setup readily auto-tuned the available channels for both Freeview and Freesat, the system forced me to select one of them, rendering the other unavailable without returning to setup to switch. The menu structure is both responsive and intuitive.The TV guide allows scheduling and recording to an external USB storage. The recording function is of limited value as you can only record the channel you are watching, so it cannot be used as a replacement for a stand alone recorder. The biggest fault I have found so far is with the App performance. The latest software seems to have problems with streaming video apps such as Netflix and Youtube. If these are apps you plan to use, then get used to the message "This app will now restart to free up more memory" as you will see it five to ten times per hour. For may people, Netflix will be their only source of 4K content. With this feature not working it begs the question, why buy a 4K TV that will not play my 4k content. Fortunately I have external hardware so I don't need to rely on the internal LG apps.
