This powder is ideal for making jam with fruits that are low in pectin.You can use more expensive jam making sugar. However, we use the normal granulated variety and add up to 1% (by weight) of this powder. It works a treat!Reasonably priced and quick delivery.

No using instructions. Jelly did not set
As there are no instructions, I did know his much to use. I used the quantity that I would have used for animal gelatine. But the jelly did not set.
