Great helmet for the money
I had a Suomy Spec 1R Alex Barros edition and currently own an ILM Dirt bike helmet and an Istorm dirt bike helmet. I wanted an adventure helmet I could use on the street and in the dirt with my dual sport and the SS2600 does both without breaking the bank. So far I have around 30 hours in this helmet on the street and 20 hours in the dirt. What I like.Air flow, air flow is great in this helmet, was surprised it was so good and i would say just as good or not better than the Suomy helmet. the vents worked fine and are easy to manipulate once you get the feel for where they are.Comes with 2 visors, clear and gold. The visor has different detent positions so you can shift it up or down and it stays in place. The main large visor is easy to remove and replace, haven't tried with the flip down one yet. The visor accommodates the Pinlock anti fog film, has the post. The main visor is large and gives you a good field of view. The visor seems sturdy, took a branch to the face while trail riding and it held up pretty good with some minor scratches. Was surprised because it whacked me pretty good.Comes with a chin curtain for the cold days.Riding on trails and in the dirt didn't have a problem with roost, peak was good enough to tuck and deflect and it was nice not having dirt caked in between goggles and helmet. May not be optimal for more experienced riders on motocross tracks but for me on trails it worked great. The weight is good for me. I ride a dual sport and whether on the street or the dirt it doesn't cause me any issues. I have had it up to around 80mph with minimal buffeting holding my head slightly forward. What I don't like.D-ring for the chin strap, poorly designed. The suomy was a breeze to tighten and loosen, this thing is a pain in the rear, the D-ring rides up into the padding which makes it difficult to get your fingers on it to get it off . I ordered a Quick Release Ratcheted Chin Strap Adapter like the 2 chinese dirt bike helmets have and we will see how well that works. The inside padding. The suomy was plush, soft, and smooth. The SS2600 is kind of course and rough but not so bad as to make it uncomfortable. The cheek pads are a little cumbersome to get in and out.Overall for $100 you can't go wrong adding this helmet to your collection.

Nice looking helmet , Love the grey
Sometimes XL helmets fit me and them sometimes I need to go to a XXL . My head size is 24" so the charts are off . I wear a XXL in LS2 helmets as well . Otherwise a nice helmet cant beat the price. Comes with 2 shields which is nice. Hope this info helps you

Design is cool. That's about it.
Firstly. The shipping was great, product came within 3 days of purchase. I opened the box and the helmet looked good, there were plenty of vents all around for airflow. The interior sunshade is fine, just doesn't come down all the way how I would like it. I bought a Medium, I fit a Medium in Ls2, but this helmet was a little loose on the inside. Getting my head in and out hurt my ears because of the bottom cheek pads. And as I was looking at it closer, it had a small crack on one of the vents. I wish it could've worked as this is a very cool looking helmet.

A little tight at first
This is a great helmet! It's a little tight at first but will break in over time. I rode on a very windy day. I can feel the helmet being pushed around a little especially because of the visor. Overall, its a very quiet ride experience. The extra tinted ace shield is awesome! The dropdown shade a really nice. Got a FreedCom going in tomorrow. It's an easy helmet to own. Highly recommended.

This helmet is frustrating
This thing is packed with features and easily the coolest looking dual sport helmet out there, but there are just too many problems for me.The drop down sun visor is nice and actuates smoothly. The peak does just enough to be useful, but doesn't adjust in a meaningful way. The face opening offers a large field of view, and the shield design lets you equip goggles easily, but the shield itself doesn't stow high enough up, so it obstructs too much vision for me, especially with the bottom lip ridged as it is. Would need to detach it for dirt riding. The materials all seem ok for the most part, but the front piece of foam in the chin bar of mine kind of pops out and won't stay in place. Seems like it was improperly moulded, or somehow got deformed. Either way it's not flush and will deffo gather dirt and dust, which isn't cool in a dirt helmet.Venting is there but it's minimal. The mouth vent opens and closes but not very much. Fogging wasn't an issue indoors with the face shield closed tight, but with dual pane Leatt goggles equipped my breath went straight upward and fogged them instantly. My el cheapo dedicated dirt helmet has a full sized mouth vent and doesn't have this issue at all. Maybe it's just a dual sport helmet thing, but my use case is short road trips to single track trails, and this simply won't work for that purpose.Sizing is pretty much accurate, maybe a bit small, but the shell itself is way too big. The L fits me pretty dang snugly, but it shares a shell with XL and XXL sizes so the thing just looks M A S S I V E on my 5'8/165 frame. Straight up bobblehead. This looks silly, but also means a more dangerous helmet according to some helmet studies. Maybe the XS-M shell is better, but no way my head would fit into a M.I basically just want a dirt helmet with a face shield, but this helmet ain't that. I can't speak to it's function at speed since I didn't ride with it, but I imagine it's equally compromised there as well. Just about what sacrifices you're willing to make. Overall, it's a sick looking miss IMHO.
