Really soft shredded foam that moulds to head, neck and shoulders. Adjustable height. I removed about a third of the pile. I’ve tried a lot of memory foam and other pillows as I have a chronic neck problem. This is the best pillow I’ve tried and has helped me recover from tight knotted muscles to feeling Ok. Queen size is a bit bigger than standard UK pillow and needs a slightly bigger pillow case, Amazon have them of course ! I have one in silk for the ultimate in luxury !

The light smells goes very quickly just follow the instructions, had it for over a month now and really enjoy it. Very comfortable, much better than solid foam and I can really feel the difference on my neck. I sleep side and back, works for both. You pay for what you get, it’s a great quality pillow. Just got one for my wife who kept stealing it...

Very happy with this pillow. It's super comfortable. A number of people mentioned a smell which I was concerned about before buying. It's really not bad. It reminds me of a new hotel (which I guess makes sense seeing as new hotels probably use pillows like these!). One thing I hadn't expected which has been a great bonus for me is they reduction in my daily allergies. I realise now I was probably allergic to my previous pillow as for the first time in years I can go more than a few hours without blowing my nose.

Does all that it says. The distinctive smell of the foam was a bit off putting at first but don't notice it very much now.

Only been using this pillow for a couple of nights but so far it has been worth every penny and more! Comfortable, supportive and does exactly what it says on the tin. For my desired comfort I removed about 2 fistfuls of foam (easy task) and haven't looked back. If you have any desire to buy this pillow do it. You won't be disappointed.

Pillow arrived on time. This was cleverly packaged, at first I thought that it was the wrong size but when you leave it for 10 minutes it really expands. I have used this pillow for nearly 3 weeks and found it to be the best pillow that I have ever had, not only is this very comfortable but my neck pain that I woke up with every morning has now gone.

Have spent a lot of dosh on different pillows since I injured my back a number of years ago. This is the best by far. Only drawback it could do with more shredded memory foam in pillow. Easier to remove than add.

Love this pillow! Not has solid as a tempur so moulds more comfortably around my head and neck (which I have issues with). It gives you a sense of "ahhhhhhh" when your head sinks into it.

I had this pillow and loved it so my husband decided to give it a try. We both love that you can adjust the pillow to whatever you need as far as firmness and fluff. You can unzip the pillow to remove some fill, if you need to. They also give you a good size bag of extra fill if you want your pillow firmer or higher. However the pillow is so stuffed and full I can’t imagine anyone needing more fill. When it arrives it is compressed so you need to place in the dryer on low for about 15 minutes or you can just let it sit out for a day. You’ll be amazed at how it grows! Definitely worth every penny.

I've always struggled to find a pillow that stays supportive through a full night's sleep, especially as a side sleeper who tosses between positions. I started with the pillow at its full fill level and found it a little too high for how I sleep, so I removed a modest handful of the fill, zipped it back up, and immediately noticed the difference the very same night. Being able to make that adjustment myself rather than being stuck with whatever firmness the manufacturer decided on has been the single biggest improvement over every other pillow I've tried. Sleeping position versatility has held up well since adjusting the fill. I mostly sleep on my side, and the pillow provides enough loft to keep my neck properly aligned without my head tilting at an awkward angle. On nights I roll onto my back, it hasn't felt overly thick or forced my chin down uncomfortably either, which used to be an issue with pillows built primarily for side sleeping. I even tested it briefly on my stomach, which I don't do often, and even then it wasn't so tall that it strained my neck the way a lot of side-sleeper-focused pillows tend to when used in that position. Temperature regulation has been a noticeable improvement too. I run warm at night, and pillows that trap heat have always been a frustration, waking up to flip to the "cool side" multiple times a night. The gel-infused memory foam combined with the microfiber blend genuinely stays cooler against my skin than the solid memory foam pillow I replaced. I'm not waking up as often just to find a cooler spot, which has translated into more consistent, uninterrupted sleep overall. Support through a full night has remained consistent since finding my ideal fill level. This has been a genuinely worthwhile investment for anyone who struggles to find the right pillow firmness or deals with waking up overheated during the night. The adjustable fill feature alone sets it apart from standard pillows where you're stuck with whatever loft the manufacturer chose, and being able to fine-tune it to my exact preference has solved a sleep problem I'd been dealing with for years across multiple pillow replacements.

Ok, I’ve just erased my initial review. When I got this pillow I hated it! It smelled so bad. I had to leave it out a week and that was also after putting it in the dryer, BUT!! As much of a hassle that was!! It was worth the wait! This is the BEST pillow I’ve ever had! I must be really sensitive to smells because this affected me badly, but if you can wait out the smell it’s so worth it!! I’ve never had such a comfortable pillow in all my life! It supports my neck and shoulder. I’m a side sleeper so that’s important. I am not waking up anymore with a painful neck and I’m so happy I bought it and decided to keep going even when I thought I wanted to send it back! I fully recommend this pillow. It’s absolutely wonderful ❤️

Great support for your neck on a large base, absolutely comfortable. I've got rid of neck pains after approx. 3 months of use & you can feel the comfort.
