Great stuff
These are great so far. I have an issue with my gut. After using these my allergy has been very stable. Side effect is a bit confirtable in my gut. It just take some time to get used to it. The taste is ok. I mix it with my shake. Easy to use. Simple scooped and pour Overall it does a well job, I do recommend it

Consult your doctor first.
It's a good product and worked wonders for me, but then I went to the doctor. As I was taking statins for cholesterol, the berberine in the tablets acted as a statin inhibitor, causing the liver to work much harder because the berberine blocked it. NOTE: Consult your doctor first. The packaging should state this very clearly and be visible.

Quality ingredients in one supplement
I’ve been enjoying this supplement so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, L-glutamine, DGL, and zinc in one formula. The bottle arrived well sealed and the quality seems excellent. It’s still a bit early to evaluate long-term results, but my experience has been positive so far.

Not for sensitive stomachs.
It was definitely not easy on the stomach!! Couldn't take it for long due to the stomach cramps and nausea. If it works for others that's great just not for me. I have GURD And multiple other health conditions and was hoping this would help my stomach due to it doesn't break down and absorb nutrients as it should... but I just couldn't handle the side effects.
