Excellent osmosis water filter — completely exceeded our expectations! We had previously used a reverse osmosis system when living in another country, so we have something to compare it with. After moving here, we were told the water quality was great, so for a while we used a simple filter jug, thinking that was enough. However, after a medical check (kidney ultrasound), I was told that crystals had already started forming. The doctor immediately asked where I live and what water I drink. When I said England and mentioned tap/filtered jug water, he told me straight away that the water here isn’t as good as people think. That’s when we decided not to take any risks and bought this system — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. I even measured the water with a tester: tap water, bottled water (Sainsbury’s), and water from this filter. The difference is very noticeable. The water from this system is amazing — soft, clean, and incredibly delicious . It’s genuinely hard to stop drinking it because it tastes so good. Also, we got it with a 15% discount at the time, which was already great. Highly recommend, especially if you care about your health. This is one of those purchases that truly makes a difference.

No issues so far. Installation took me a while but that is mainly because I am not used to this sort of job and it took me a while to figure out the best place to put everything Instructions were clear and everything provided. Really pleased with the taste of the water and the functionality of the system. Would recommend

Simply to install with everything provided

I had a Finerfilters 5 STAGE tank under sink before (the old style) & wanted to get another 5 stage one. Amidst searching high & low I couldn't find any decent ones. Bought this by mistake thinking it's 4 stage, but it's 3 stage. However, the water tastes even better. Really crisp & clear. . The tankless one is much more hygienic because the tank & filters tend to collect bacteria in my view due to water sitting there, especially when away so prefer this tankless one. The only thing to remember is although the plug is British 3 tong, the 3 way valve us American. I contacted Frizzlife (they have no phone number but email response is very fast, helpful & efficient) & they sent me the British BS 3 way stop valve. Installation needs a bit of knowledge of plumbing but much easier than my previous one. I had a nightmare before changing the filters but this one should be straightforward. The one filter only need changing once a year & the other every 2 years. A little expensive (much more than my previous one) but reasonable for this type. I'm very happy with & recommend.

Arrived on time easy installation and clear water as result

This is absolutely brilliant! The instructions are great and it took about 1.5 hours to install. It's not hard at all. Loads of extra bits included for different configurations. As for the taste, it's amazing. Water tastes lovely. All the chemical taste has gone and the remineralization makes it alkaline which gives it a great flavour. My bean to cup coffee machine flavour is unrecognisable compared to tap water or Brita filtered water. This has to be the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon! Do it!

This thing is amazing.. You can buy a cheap TDS meter to see the difference if you can't taste it already! My dad uses a machine which uses water to help him sleep with sleep apnoea. Once a fortnight he comes to my house to fill a gallon jug to put into his machine, he swears that the tap water in his machine makes him ill in the morning. Also, I do some home brewing and the chemicals in the water kills the yeast after a few days, so you have to use filtered or mineral water. Not me! I just pour mine straight from the tap thanks to this machine. I've had an issue with the machine also and the company fixed my problem with no drama even after I've owned it for 3 years. Get one now! Edit: 2 years on, I had an issue with the unit and contacted Frizzlife. They immediately told me what to do and sent me a replacement part, free of charge, and got me up and running again! Drinking the tap water whilst it was broken was horrible and tasted disgusting! Thanks Frizzlife!

Lasted for a month, started leaking. Do not buy

I love my RO unit, this product is fantastic value, the included TDS pen reads 3ppm! The hardest part was installing the receptacle, I borrowed power from my dishwasher beside my sink, if you don't feel comfortable about doing this then I would certainly hire an electrician. That being said, the unit itself was really easy to install with lots of different size fittings and adapters if needed (I didn't need any). The seller made it really easy to obtain a black faucet to match my main faucet. The unit is small and really slick looking and not too loud when filtering, it works exactly as described. The small tankless size still gives me room to under sink storage. I highly recommend the product and the seller, both first rate.

I’ve been using the Frizzlife Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for a bit now and I’m honestly very impressed. The installation was much easier than I expected, and the tankless design saves a lot of space under the sink. The water flow is fast, and the taste difference is noticeable right away — clean, fresh, and no weird aftertaste. I really like the built-in display that shows TDS levels and filter life. It’s convenient not having to guess when filters need replacing. The alkaline remineralization is a nice bonus, and the water tastes great for drinking and cooking. Overall, the system feels well-built and high quality. It does exactly what it promises, and I feel confident about the water my family is drinking. Enfin un osmoseur de qualité. De plus il est livré complet, notice en français, tous les accessoires indispensables pour l'installation. Je l'ai installé en 1h15 sans surprise. Tout est fait parfaitement en ayant suivi les instructions. Je recommande le mini réservoir à ajouter pour obtenir un débit d'eau puissant et sans à coup. L'eau qui est très dure chez moi ressort à 7ppm, mesure faite avec l'outil inclus dans le colis. Un régal. J'ajoute ce nouveau commentaire pour faire suite à mon expérience avec le service client Frizzlife. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde satisfaction envers le service client de Frizzlife, qui s’est distingué par une qualité d’écoute absolument remarquable. Lors d’un problème avec mon osmoseur, l’équipe a fait preuve d’une réactivité et d’une attention exemplaires. Dans un premier temps, ils m’ont rapidement envoyé une nouvelle membrane pour résoudre le souci. Constatant que le défaut persistait, ils n’ont pas hésité à m’envoyer un nouvel osmoseur, qui fonctionne désormais parfaitement. Cette approche proactive et leur engagement à garantir ma satisfaction sont tout simplement exceptionnels. Jamais je n’ai rencontré un service client aussi dévoué et à l’écoute. I purchased PD400 in Oct2023 and all went well for 40 days or so. Then the water pressure dropped so low that it was unusable. Then I bought the MWT3 pressure tank, even that didn’t make any change in the water pressure. Then I was in contact with support over emails. They sent a replacement filter and valve, still nothing changed. Finally they gave back the money. So learning is: The support is limited to only replacing the parts they ‘think’ might be a problem, support doesn’t know for sure what caused the system to drastically reduce the output pressure.
