This is a brilliant bit of kit! I can't believe to results on my 13 year old beetle soft top. My car is so happy again :) Would also just like to mention the horrendous smell of the cleaning fluid when the bottle is opened... yuk (it doesn't last too long though. Would also like to mention the sellers correspondence too, just great thank you!

Bought a 13 year old VW Beetle with a 13 year old black hood that was dappled with yellowish/greenish spots. Used this range of products and the spots have all but gone: if you look really close then you can still make them out, but the improvement is amazing. Several months after using it, the roof still looks great.

The cover sheets are a great addition as doing the painting and proofing needs to be done quite carefully but also quickly so the paint does not dry. The cover sheets mean you do not risk getting paint on everything.

As a professional valeter of 30 years , I have come across many products in my time, but none as awkward as this stuff, having just used this on a customer's car the user time is ridiculous, if you have a dirty hood be prepared, be very prepared ! It doesn't clean the hood that well, I had to improvise using a pressure washer at the right distance as not to cause streaks, this cleaned it well, you then have to wait for the hood to be bone dry before masking the whole car off using the plastic sheeting and crap masking tape provided , if you don't the colouring will splash all over your car ! Then you apply the hood Colour, 3 hours before the 1st and 2nd application, bearing mind you can't do it in direct sunlight !!! Then it as to be left 24 hours before you waterproof it, fortunately the car was left with me and picked up teatime the next day, the working time as a professional is ridiculous as you need to get it done and move on, if your doing it at home yourself be patient and have a garage or the right weather and show the right approach and you will get a decent result, but do your research well , and be prepared, done by instructions for your car to be off the road for at least well into the next day !!!!

I watched the video provided on Utube which really was beneficial. Applied the products as directed and was really pleased with the outcome. The hood does look like new. Not to be rushed though, allow drying time and proper scrubbing and application the job takes a few hours, but well worth the investment

Thought this item would be superb to ready my car ready for winter, recolour and waterproof it ready for the rain.. I've just gone to check on the car after 2 days storage undercover then moved outside today (needed the space) to ensure the waterproofer had set, the roof is soaked so £50 down the toilet. Followed every instruction to the letter and here we are.

Great little kit, finish was absolutely great, just don't get caught out by the Sun as it dries everything too quick. I'd chuck the masking tape away and use your own, (it's just crap)

Was good, revive colour runs/flicks like paint but good product
