Medipaq Gel Heel Levelling Supports Medium, Angled Design

Simple to fit and make being on my feet for 12 hours so much easier. I still have to take breaks but these make so much difference. I can recommend if you have heel spurs, they help with the pain and over two weeks the pain has mostly gone. I was experiencing pain even when away from work but these have helped with that. I will be buying more when these wear out. For reference, I am around 90 kg and size 8 boot and stand or walk for around 11 to 12 hours on shift.

These have been so helpful. It is so difficult to find supports for under pronation, most products seem to be for the opposite! These have been a huge help, in tandem with figure 4 stretches, to reverse hip and knee and foot issues. It would be great if they made full foot size as these can slip, especially when you try to put your shoe on.

I have suffered for over 40 years of significant pain and discomfort as a result of a car accident that left my right leg 40 mm shorter than my left leg. I have to wear specialist built up footwear to correct the leg length difference, but over the last 5 years there has been notable signs of wear on the outside of my right footwear. I have only been wearing this support for the last 2 days and I have already noticed a considerable easing of the long term discomfort that I have been suffering from. I am confident that the improvement will continue. I would highly recommend these for anyone else who is in a similar situation, the only caveat to this would be that you check with a medical professional that they are the right choice for your needs, I am very fortunate that I have an extremely competent Chiropractor that I have been seeing for over 25 years.

I had been struggling with, what felt like, an ankle sprain. After realising the outsides of my shoe soles were wearing, I bought these. The difference is astounding! Not only did my ankle pain subside immediately but so did my knee pain and hip pain! Their high resistance, gelatinous material mean they don't slip and slide but you can take them out of one pair of shoes and use them in another without worrying about losing adhesion! I wear them in DM type boots and, in these, they do sometimes move forward a little but all I need is to lift my foot and wiggle a little and it slides right back! They also create a slight step in the middle bridge of the foot in some shoes which can feel a little uncomfortable at first but after 5 minutes of wear, I stopped noticing it. Again, this was only in some shoes, mainly those with a flat base. This is the reason I put 4 stars for comfort. I cannot express how much these have changed me life! I couldn't walk far before die to pain in the areas described earlier but with these, I have been on walks around parks and fields and gone home painless!!

I bought these to help protect my Achilles tendon, it says it corrects posture and doesn’t cause knee pain. I found the opposite. Whilst the gel is very easy to wear it’s comfy and it doesn’t rub the foot or irritate, I found after using them that my knees were agony!. The pain stopped when I took the inserts out and I left them out for a few days and the pain went. I decided to try the inserts again and exactly the same thing happened - my knees were in agony and I’ve stopped using them. It could just be me and perhaps my body doesn’t like lifting the heel using gel but for something to state that it doesn’t cause knee pain ( which is one of the reasons I bought them) to then leave you with very definite knee pain - as it could be a potential issue for someone I think people should be aware that it can happen. Hopefully whoever buys these will find they work and that they alleviate any problems they have. Just be mindful of your knees, should they start to hurt try taking the gel pads out.

Waste of money. Big disappointment. The concept is good that’s why I took the risk and I bought them. I over pronate, yes my ankles collapse towards the interior side of my feet. Why it doesn’t work? As other people mentioned: no support, it is too gel-like, it is gel I know, but far too soft and unstable (this is the main issue). The regular half insole ones are much better. They don’t solve the problem either but they give more support and doesn’t make it worse. Not for me. Someone could say, try them properly, get used to them. I don’t trust this material and if your feet muscles get used to even this weird angle/slope, what’s next? Change shoes and two problems instead of the current one I experienced. I am glad if it works for others. I could tell instantly they were not good! I tried them 3 or 4 times at home with different shoes... I would not leave the house wearing them. I probably will throw them away. I would return them if I could. The worst insoles I have tried in my entire life. And I use insoles in all my shoes and boots. I have used them since childhood and I am 42. I regret having bought them. How stupid I was believing this could work. Not for me! It’s simple, before buying this type of product make sure you can touch/feel the material to know the level of firmness, how solid they are, because after 3 months wearing them, they will collapse if they are like these ones, and if you don’t notice it is because you got used to them not because it didn’t happen. Also I forgot to mention these do not stick well to any shoes insole surface. I will continue using my old ones for now... I need a good pair.

Sono sorprendentemente efficaci, si attaccano bene al tallone della scarpa, non si spostano facilmente e correggono effettivamente la postura del piede. E quindi del resto del corpo. Assolutamente buoni, consigliatissim

Ich hab mir die Einlagen in der Größe Mittel gekauft, bei einer Schuhgröße von 40-41 hätten sie passen sollen, sind aber etwas schmal. Das merkt man aber kaum weil ich sie unter einer schuhsohle trage damit sie nicht verrutschen. Man kann sie aber auch so einlegen, bei mir verrutscht da nichts weil es ja silikon ist. Ich denke die sind ganz OK, ich merke schon einen Unterschied wenn ich sie trage. Waren auch innerhalb von einem Tag da, leider in einem riesigen Paket, das kam aber von Amazon und nicht vom Händler.
