the fret board wasn’t correct and the picture doesn’t match the size accurately

Being left handed it’s hard to get a guitar and it was my favourite colour. I am a beginner…It said in the advert ‘great for beginners’ with a picture of an adult playing the guitar. So leftie, beginner, fab colour and adult playing guitar checked all my boxes. When it arrived its a kids guitar. Not worth my while sending it back. It’s a beautiful guitar but please rethink the pictures and wording in your advertising.

Was looking for a budget telecaster to play around with and was torn between this, the Squier Affinity and the Indio Retro Classic. I played the Squier recently and was a bit 'meh'. I kept checking all three on Amazon and when the LyxPro went on sale I grabbed it. I got the Mahogany color and right off the bat, the guitar looks amazing. It's also very light for a Tele, more in the weight range of mid-weight Strat. The maple neck is beautiful and the color really shows off the grain of the body. It looks better in person than in photos. The good... frets were reasonably well dressed and not sharp, the hardware seems good and the tuners are not horrible. They could have a better gear ratio, but I've had worse tuners on better guitars. The pickups are very powerful and it sounds like a Telecaster. The neck is what you would call chunky on a Strat, but not chunky for a Telecaster. I have not measured the radius, but it appears to be flatter than both my Strats. I like it. The guitar arrived decently set up. Neck relief is about right, but the saddles were a bit high and the intonation. It still sounded pretty good out of the box. I lowered the saddles, got the intonation about as good as you possibly could on a 3-saddle Tele, and gave a slight tweak to the truss rod. Now it sounds and plays great. The only negative I could say about this guitar - particularly for the price - is that while adjusting the intonation, I notice the nut slots were cut very tight. I had to literally pull the E and A strings out of their slots and it definitely affected tuning. I cleaned up all of the slots with a nut file and put a little graphite from a pencil in the slots. This made a huge difference and will work until I get around to putting on a tusk nut. I'm giving the guitar 5 stars because there are a lot of positives to this guitar and the minor issues I dealt with are to be expected with any budget guitar, particularly one that is well under $200 CDN. In fact there were a lot less minor things to correct than I expected and absolutely no major issues. It's a really nice guitar.

Ok so lets start off with this - I have a lot of guitars, electrics include USA fenders and many Arias (I am a Matsumoku collector). I have been playing over 50 years, What I was looking for a cheap guitar with a maple fingerboard that I can play slide and keep in open D permanently. This guitar arrived in great condition, neck straight and action decent. The intonation is a little off and I will adjust that when I change the strings to 11 as (for slide). The pick ups are a little harsh and bright but is a cheap guitar! and a good amp and a sonic maximiser take care of most of that. For the money this guitar is excellent value. The neck is nice and it plays with ease, it looks good - what more can you ask for at this price
