Protein Hot & Spicy Chicken. Cup Noodles are on of my comfort foods, but I like to keep an eye on my protein intake as well, and regular noodles have very little, so I often complement them with other things to make it work. However, when you're on the go, time is a key factor and I don't always have time to make my standard noodles a meal, so I was looking for alternatives.I've tried different brands of high protein noodles, and let me tell you, this one is the best. The flavor is good (I love the spicy undertones), the texture is very much like regular noodles, and the affordable price seals the deal. Other options I've tried have a bit more protein, but the texture and price don't compete with this one.If you're looking for cup noodles with more protein at a good price, this is the one.

Awesome soup!Easy to make - just add water, microwave for about 90 seconds, and wait a few minutes, and you have a very tasty, hot soup!The new paper cups are much more environmentally freindly than the old styrofoam cups.The paper cups are also very sturdy!Sodium content? I wish it was a lot lower, but since I ditched a lot of salty foods from my diet I can afford to enjoy these soups!Also, the price from this seller on Amazon is really good! 12 cups for $6 = 50 cents a cup.. Even my local dollar store cannot beat that price (they charge $1.75 for a 3 cup pack)!!!Aweome and convenient 'soup in a cup'!!! FIVE STARS!!!!

When you microwave these per instructions, you get something more like chow mein, instead of the "noodle soup" that results from typical cup noodles". I especially like the sweet chili flavor, which is hard to find in local grocery stores. You can also cook them with boiling water. Let them sit for a few minutes. Not as good as a microwave, but not bad when camping.

These Cup Noodles Korean BBQ have a nice flavor, making for a nice, quick lunch. The noodles are different from the original Cup Noodles, which was a surprise. Just don't leave them too long; these noodles do get softer much quicker and can become too soft.

I started getting this version, because it seemed like it had more vegetables in it and it certainly does. It's worth the extra fifty cents over the other versions of their ramen and the broth really does taste great. It is consistantly good and the noodles are delicious. Rather than put it in the microwave, you can just heat up some water in a small crock pot and pour it to the fill line. Let it rest for seven to ten minutes and you are good to go. It has good protein cotent for what it is, but I wish they found other ways to lower the sodium content, though, I know that is difficult with a lot of broths. Overall, it does have way less sodium than most other brands and it works as a good meal for the day. The containers are also a lot sturdier than their other versions. The flavor is great and it does wonder for your sinuses.

My husband and teenage son are beyond happy right now. Their favorite garlic chicken ramen (Nissin brand) was discontinued awhile back and they've been missing it dearly. I came across this brand recently and bought a six pack for them to try. They're absolutely in heaven! The day the package arrived (on time) and they opened it they both snagged one right away. After their first few bites I found them in the kitchen fighting over the hot water from the teapot so they could each make a second cup before barely digging into their first one!They both said this brand of garlic chicken ramen is even better than the Nissin brand was. There are actual good sized pieces of chicken once rehydrated with boiled water and my husband in particular found the garlicky taste and smell heavenly. For a quick and easy meal (even when they both eat two at a time) I cannot complain so I happily ordered more. Although I did limit it to 4 more packs of six rather than the 100 they both requested. Lol

the protein ones are very yummy. the amount of protein isnt actually that much higher, but it is a bit higher and there is a lot less sodium. it makes me feel a bit better eating them every day as it has some nutrients

I sometimes buy ramen as a quick snack. This one is a bit different (and better) than the others I've tried. For other brands you usually just pour boiling water in and let sit covered for a few minutes. The instructions on this one is to uncover, fill water to line, and microwave for 4 minutes. It smells absolutely delicious while cooking! It also tastes amazing. I would recommend trying the sweet chili and plan to keep buying this one on a regular basis. Yum.
