Very strong for a door stopper, bought one last year , saves back door handles from taking lumps out of kitchen units.

This is very good and looks good. I wish it was a little heavier, as it does not stop my cocker spaniel from bounding through the door and pushing it open. But then I’m not sure what would! However, I would recommend the door stop if only for keeping a door open.

I have an outdoor gate on my deck that closes automatically. I needed something that could hold the heavy gate open and hold up to the elements. This has checked those boxes. This has been outside through snow and heat and it still looks like it did when I bought it. It also looks pretty nice. This is perfect for keeping the gate open so my dogs can go in and out without me needing to go to open the gate each time. The rubber grommets on the outside keep the door/gate protected from the steel, too, so this will work equally as well inside. This is a substantial door stop, it is great for heavier doors.
