I find this more effective than the other French hypertonic nasal spray on the market. It does not sting the nasal cavities and it very quickly unblocks the nose as effectively as the medicated nasal spray but without any of the side effects. Taken early into a cold, it seems to have reduced the nasal symptoms entirely. Yes it smells like a stale hand-wash but it works and without any side effects. Worth a try for cold and flu season. I will be buying my second soon.

I was looking for a safe alternative to traditional decongestants for when I have a cold. I have a cold. I tried this. Minute 1 : slight decongestion. Minute 2 : congestion came back as if nothing had happened. Minute 3 : realised the only thing gone is my money.

I’ve been using this spray along with a menthol inhaler stick every morning and night for about four years now. For me, this combination (menthol stick first then this spray) works wonders, and has replaced the steroids spray and a constant need to visit my doctor.I’m lucky I found what dose work for me, as we are not all made the same I’m sure it won’t for others, just as all the sprays etc from the chemist and doctors all stoped working for me.
