Love these gummies! I take them at night to wind down and I feel like I sleep so much better using them and wake up feeling rested. The taste is super good. It tastes like candy! This is my favorite part of my night routine.

I have been taking these for a week. My sleep quality has improved. My sleep is deeper, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I definitely feel more ‘calm.’ Taste is good and texture is not gritty as I often find in gummy supplements.

I read a few mixed reviews some people said it worked others said it didn’t, so I decided to buy for myself and try it. For me personally, it didn’t work. You are supposed to take two a day and I did. My theory is that if you used to garden 🍃 (as I did) and have a high tolerance these won’t do anything for you. I stopped gardening and wanted something else to help keep me calm but these have no affect on me. It doesn’t make a difference in my sleep quality either. Taste isn’t bad but isn’t good either, taste like any other vitamin. All in all wasn’t worth it for me. The bottle is super cute though but I was under the assumption that it was glass and it’s not, it’s recycled plastic.

Life Saver! I have been taking these for a while due to work stress. Take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. Really helped me let things that just don't matter roll off my back a bit easier. Was apprehensive due to the creator of this product but I've go to give her credit - I have tried 4 Lemme products and have not been disappointed.

It also helps me sleep it’s like a mild melatonin for me, it definitely calms my mind. I mainly take it at night because it calms me too much to the point where I get too relaxed. It is quite chewy like it’s been a little melted I don’t know if that’s how all of them are but that’s just mine. Only complaint I have is I do think it’s too sweet. It’s almost like candy; the flavor is too much for me I wish it was more mild.
