I really like the flavor of these pods? I am not sure what to call them, but there is very little sugar taste. If you are looking for a sweet tea. This is not the one for you. It has a soft and subtle flavor that you can chug or just sip with no surprises. Mixes easily with the pressurized cap. I have purchased several of these boxes. Of the 4 or 5 boxed I have bought, only 1 had a broken cap inside upon delivery. I like these!

Convenience
Nice assortment. I like the pink lemonade doesn’t have that weird stevia after taste. Haven’t tried the other flavors yet. My problem is these tops are a one use only and I have a plastic and contradict their idea of saving the planet. So if you were buying this product is a helping the planet product it’s not. I do like the cup though the mug
