I was recommended these electrolyte packs to help prevent muscle cramps when running on hot days. Taste good & dissolve easily.

Have used this for a few years and satisfies all my needs for ultra-marathons.Particularly came in useful during a five-day race in Spain a couple of summers ago.Ensures good hydration and takes the worry out of that aspect of running. Particularly good for hydrating the night before and on the morning of a race.Precision Hydration advisors are also top class and will happily direct you to the best use of their powders and tablets after completing an online ‘sweat test’.Wouldn’t be without this stuff.

Does what it says on the tin, havent had any issues with them.

These worked great for my Spartan race this weekend, felt noticeably less fatigued in the warm heat.

Small, handy, easy to open and the packet is waterproof

As described but I do find the sachets very misleading. 1500 on every sachet even though only contains 750mg.

If you sweat ++++ then this is 10/10Taste is fine and I easily add it to my endurance mix before a marathon but also after a very long run to keep me hydrated
