I got the pink color and it's so cute and the material feels pretty good. The inside is super spacious and I like that I can decorate it! The stitching isn't the best on the ends but it's not falling apart by any means. (I personally just put a little bit of hot glue). Putting the straps where they belong was a little confusing at first, but after a little trial and error I managed to figure it out. I would suggest putting a mini tutorial in the small goody bag that's provided for the charms and such.

***Update***My daughter has been using this backpack for 3 months now and showed me where she is currently having issues with it. The zipper is broken, the seam came undone at the top of the backpack, and one of the straps fell apart and is hanging by a thread. My daughter is not a rough girl and I feel like this backpack should have definitely held up longer than 3 months. We still have 7 months till the end of the school year and I have to buy her another one already.***Original Review***I got this backpack for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! We're a month into the school year, and it's been very durable and good quality so far. She says it’s a very comfortable backpack with lots of room for all her books and supplies, and it's stylish too. It's holding up great and looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Product was cute but very thin and cheaply made, smaller than it looked. My daughter used it for 4 months and stitching completely came apart. Very disappointed with this product. Awful Customer Service.

We purchased the OD green backpack for my nine year old daughter. She loved the style and look of this backpack and smiled so big when she received it in the mail. Within 2 weeks one of the zippers on the large opening broke off. We decided to keep the backpack and hope the other zipper would stay. Well, today my daughter started to zip up her backpack for school and the second zipper broke off. My daughter came to me in tears so upset that her backpack broke again. Unfortunately we are 3 weeks passed the return policy so I have been trying to contact the seller direct. We love the backpack but the quality of the zippers did not last. Very sad.10-21-24 I was contacted by the seller and they apologized for the circumstances and immediately offered a replacement or full refund. I have to say it is nice when sellers actually read the comments and reviews then take action immediately by offering solutions. For this, I bumped up their rating to 4 stars for fantastic customer service despite a problem with the zipper.

Bought this for my kid at the start of the school year, it's xmas break now and the bag is holding up good. Doesn't really show dirt. Lots of pockets for my kids stuff.One downside: The straps want to slip out of the buckles in their original position. The factory puts them in kinda backwards, so they need to be threaded through the buckles the right way to not slip... putting a safety pin through it helped too. The straps are also a cotton-like material, not nylon. So the cut edge is not melted and can't be melted. This means it unravels. We pressed some glue into the ends of the fibers to fix that.

Cute backpack but zipper and straps do not last long. My daughter has had it for about 2 weeks and the zipper broke already and the straps have come undone.

Yes it’s adorable. Day 2 of my 13 yo wearing to school the strap starts to fray. Like ALL the way up to the seam where it attaches to the backpack. Crazy. I check the other straps and they are starting to fray as well so I trim them and use the old burn trick to seal all 7 of them. Next day, a buckle is busted. Just broke in half. A few days later one of the zipper pockets breaks through the bottom. And then finally, within 2 WEEKS of use, the main compartment zipper falls apart: missing teeth as well as stitching coming undone from the seam. Literally unfixable and unusable. Also the bear is way cuter in the pics. She’s deformed irl. Too bad. I’d love a cute and functional backpack.
