Was not supplied with the plastic refill cap as depicted in advert and under description of item which was supposed to be a BONUS, Not a big problem as I had a couple of spares. Excellent value for money compared to other suppliers. Would use again. Would have given 5 stars had the Refill Cap been included.

Great. They fitted and work well as said on the description of the product. Great Flow, deffinately value for many and each refill last a long time.

These fit my Cross Tech-3 perfectly. Tried and tested.Writing quality is superior to the original refills supplied with the pen and it's always useful having spares because these size of refills tend to run out fairly quickly with moderate to heavy usage.There is no black marking on the nib of the refills so not sure when the black one pops out for selection in the pen - this isn't an issue for me but may be annoying for others.Considering the price, this works out around 4 times cheaper than buying the equivalent branded refills - can't go wrong with that.Delivery was next day for me so no squabbles there. All in all a great buy - no need to buy more expensive refills again.

I bought the medium black refill. It fits perfectly into my Swarovski Crystal pen, as this was the exact refill that came with the pen when it was bought brand new.It writes beautifully with smooth ink flow.

Refills were the size required BUTdid not include the screw top fixing to allow them to be fitted in the pen. Very disappointed that this was not included particularly as it is show in the product picture.
