Q: I would like to paint my metal mirco scooter with it? would it work? and is it waterproof? thanks

Hiya, It should do but I had to undercoat the plastic animals I was painting as it was very thin and didn't cover very well. Plus the cans are very small. Also the image was not the product I received (I got 151 paints). I found some from Cass Art online that covered better and was twice a large that did not need undercoating. Hope that helps.

Flourescence is something that glows under UV light. Phosphorescence is something that glows in darkness, but needs to be "recharged" occasionally by light, usually UV light. As it says it's flourescent, my guess is that it will glow under UV light, but not in darkness. Though it may not even glow under UV as flourescent has become quite a meaningless marketing buzzword, which sucks as it's much more precise than the ambiguous "glows in the dark" statement. I've yet to buy this so I can't confirm it's properties. It's a product I'm thinknig of buying and have an interest in luminus pigments.

Q: Does it work on a skateboard?

I would have thought so but you may need to finish with a lacquer. You would be better off getting specialist paint

Q: Could these be used for glass?

Sorry I would'nt know as I've never used it on glass.
