Q: The turns seem inconsistent or don't spin as much as I expected. Is it defective?

This is normal—the winder cycles between turning and resting to mimic natural arm movement, preventing over-winding and protecting the movement. Fully wind your watch manually before placing it in to ensure enough power to keep running.

Q: Is this winder battery-operated? Do I have to keep it plugged in constantly?

This specific model does not feature a built-in battery compartment. To provide stable and continuous power for the dual motors, it must remain plugged into a wall outlet during use.

Q: Can I just leave my watch in the winder permanently?

While the winder is safe for long-term storage, we highly recommend taking your watch out for a manual check and minor time adjustments about once a week. This ensures your watch remains in perfect sync and optimal mechanical health.

Q: Is this watch winder anti‑magnetic?

No, this watch winder does not have anti-magnetic protection. It is not recommended for watches that are highly sensitive to magnetic fields. If your watch is magnetically sensitive, please use caution or choose a different winder.

Question 1

Why does my watch winder stop working sometimes? Is it defective?

Accepted Answer

Normal: The winder's intermittent rotation mimics natural wrist movement, with pauses of 6 min (Mode B) or 18 min (Mode L) per cycle. Temporary stops are by design, not a defect.

Question 2

My watch still stops even when placed in the winder, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

The winder is an auxiliary tool, not a replacement for daily wear. Before use, manually wind your watch 20–40 times. Fully wind it once a week to maintain performance.

Question 3

I have two watches in the winder, but why is one stopping while the other works fine?

Accepted Answer

First, manually wind both watches fully before placing inside. Second, ensure the stopped watch meets size limits (dial <47mm, thickness <28mm). If too heavy or large, it may not sit properly on the turning mechanism.

Question 4

The turns seem inconsistent or don't spin as much as I expected. Is it defective?

Accepted Answer

This is normal—the winder cycles between turning and resting to mimic natural arm movement, preventing over-winding and protecting the movement. Fully wind your watch manually before placing it in to ensure enough power to keep running.

Question 5

Is this winder battery-operated? Do I have to keep it plugged in constantly?

Accepted Answer

This specific model does not feature a built-in battery compartment. To provide stable and continuous power for the dual motors, it must remain plugged into a wall outlet during use.

Accepted Answer

No, this watch winder does not have anti-magnetic protection. It is not recommended for watches that are highly sensitive to magnetic fields. If your watch is magnetically sensitive, please use caution or choose a different winder.
