What length is the comb attachment?

Hi, the (cutting) teeth of the comb are in two curved rows and are approximately 5 mm in length. The full length is approximately 13mm with the attachment fitting.

Does this come with a charger? (Rechargeable lithium battery doesn't seem much use without a charger.)

It's battery powered, once the battery is dead dispose of it and replace with a new battery.

Can you replace the lithium battery?

Yes any normal battery that size will fit a good Duracell will last as long as the lithium original

Is it possible to get spares as my beard trimmer for sideburns is damaged but the unit works fine?

Not sure, but guessing the price to buy and post try another?
