I have a lock that needs replacing, entire barrel lenght ~26mm and theaded body length ~20mm, do I need the 20mm or 25mm of this product?

25 mm as you will need to be able to screw the nut on the back

Do you need a lock clip or catch to attach to the cabinet?

No the barrel of the lock is threaded and a nut is supplied

Is it possible to buy spare keys ?

I don't think you can buy spare keys on amazon without buying another lock cam, but I think you can go to a key maker and he'll copy them.
