Can this be customised

unfortunately we can't do that.

Does this zippo come with a wik and flint ?

Yes It comes complete with wick & flint. All you need is to put lighter fuel in it to get it to work.

Hi my box was damaged by the tape directly put on the item. Can you send another box please?

I would not think this was possible! I would return the item as damaged and order a replacement. These over the years can become valuable and if the box is damaged, it will affect the valuation. Good luck.

Can i have it engraved

You could ask an engraver. However this could devalue the item, as they are collectible lighters, and usually increase their value over the years.
