Clear Instructions
Installation was easy and the instructions were very clear. It holds up my Samsung SmartTV’s weight very well as I needed to use option A to place the wall plate to wood. It can easily swivel from side to side and forwards and backwards. My only issue was that the bars on the back, blocked one of my HDMI ports (it has 2) which I later needed to purchase an adapter to plug a different device to the USB port that was not blocked.Don’t rush through the instructions and don’t open all of the nails at once! They come separated for a reason.

Strong with good adjustability.
The mount was packaged well. Good instructions. It's built well. I used the included screws, as well as screws from the previous mount to attach it to wall studs. They are fully tightened and very secure in the wall. I DID NOT use dry wall anchors AT ALL! It holds our 65" TV at full extension with no issues and allows me to access the rear connections without issue.

Easy installation
Cross bar on wall mount eith hook feature on tv mount slips over cross bar. Tv can be off-center by several inches and still hook bar whe lift tv high enough.Easy instalation.

Good buy
Very sturdy. 1 hole on bracket was too small, I had to drill to make bigger to get screw in . Another hole was too big for the screw on the cover for attaching the 2 brackets. Which I had to improvise.

Awesome mount
Awesome mount. Was easy to install and love the full motion. Also, was at the right price for me. Will buy more from this brand in the future.

Excellent product
Very good build product and the assembly instructions are excellent and simple to understand. I will definitely buy this same product when I need to mount another TV to the wall.

Solid versitile mount for large TV
heavy duty, easy to install and works perfectly. I purchased this mount as well as the soundbar companion mount to hang a new tv & soundbar. Installation was straightforward and easy. Holds the weight of a 65" TV very solidly and is very easy to swivel, pull out and adjust. I very versatile mount and the soundbar companion mount is simple & easy to install.

I WILL be buying another one of these
This kit seems a little daunting at first, but a quick glance at the instruction manual make assembly very easy. Installation was a snap and mounting the TV to the unit was relatively simple (with 2 people). In this particular case, it was a 65" TV mounted to the swivel located about 7' off the ground.Once the TV was mounted, the unit moved smoothly and gives plenty of options for adjustment. Over all feel is very solid, especially given the size of the TV.
