What’s the difference between the c3 and c3 pro. just price?

The C3 and C3 Pro both have the same updated S2C burrs, and the same capacity. The difference is the Pro model has the foldable handle, which is nicer to store and feels a little more solid then the fixed handle of the regular C3.

Will I be able to bring this on an airplane/past airport security if it is in my carry-on?

As long as you do not fill it with explosives, I don’t see why not. It is not a blade. You could contact the TSA, or whatever agency in charge in your country

Does this have plastic parts?

Not where it counts! The only plastic part that I can see is the rotating knob on the end of the grinding lever. I love this device! It’s TOUGH. IT WORKS and I love it. I got it right after I returned an electric grinder that cost 10 Times as much…after it broke the first time I used it.

Does it also grind 🌸 ?

It might work inefficiently, but would be difficult to keep clean and not sticky. Better to use a grinder designed for that use.
