HiThe Glass is multicolour with several settings, you can select different colours on by pressing the on/off swithch several times.

Is this a set of 5 flashing light glass? or is it just one glass ?

It's one. The glass is plastic and the base/stem has to be fastened in place. You press a button on the bottom and the base/stem lights up.
