Can you use these connectors to connect aluminum wire to Copper wire ?

You could use these connectors for almost anything, but *should* you use them? NO!!

If you have a home with aluminum wiring, you really should replace it as soon as you can. Aluminum wire is a clear and present danger if found in homes. Its not a job people should tackle themselves too. Hire a professional to replace/rewire. Also, each device should have a ground wire too. Many aluminum wired houses I've run into also end up with no grounds at outlets, so rewiring can fix two things at once.

Should i assume no 24-12 awg variants are included and look elsewhere?

This listing is for Wago 221-2401 which is good for:
20 - 12 AWG solid
18 - 12 AWG stranded

If you are using #22 & #24 wire as well, then you will need to use:
221-412  2 port
221-413  3 port
221-415  5 port
The last three connector variants are for 24-12 AWG solid and stranded.
