Was worried this would be a cheap knockoff but it's good quality. It's a very close replica of the AC adapter that originally came with my Asus Zenbook UX430U. One thing not advertised is that it requires an adapter to fit a 5.5*2.5mm connector, but this is included. It's slightly longer than the original cable I got. The device states that it outputs 2.0-2.37A.

DO NOT BUY! Because the box sticks up above the plug, whenever you take it out of a socket there is a high chance the fragile plastic will snap - that is why in most of the product photos the plug is upside down to deflect attention away from this huge design problem. Sadly I only realised this after my own charger had broken and become unusable - the pins are now completely seperate from the box part. If you need a laptop charger make sure to get one either with the box seperate and somewhere down the wire, or with the plug AT THE TOP of the box, NOT AT THE BOTTOM LIKE THIS ONE!

It's relief to receive this! I am returning a different manufacturer's product as it wasn't working properly, (review written). This one arrived promptly, fits into the side of my laptop well, and fires without any problems. It's not alarmingly hot, either. It just works!

Works very well. Feels well built and solid. I both this after my daughter purchased another model which was faulty and returned it. This feels and works as the original ASUS which developed a fault in the connector.

The plug was not suitable for UK sockets. It had 2 round pins instead of the typical 3 as shown in the image
