First off let me say that tech-support is amazing. I was doing something wrong and could not get this to work easily. It would print out two or three ways two or three labels and then stop had to restart too many steps and too much waste. But tech-support figured it out right away and now, it prints as it is supposed to. Not too happy that you have to save your label to Files and then send it over to the shipping app and from their print but it works. That’s all that I care about truthfullyI keep buying Jaden products just because of their amazing tech-support.

This product is great for making custom labels and if you need to print out any labels for shipping . I run a small business out of my home and it is very useful .

Connected to phone quickly via the app (iOS). Was having difficulty with the printed label's size so I contacted customer service for assistance. Left my number for a call back and phone call was returned within 15 minutes. Service assistant talked me through the steps and my issue was remedied with a couple of clicks.Turned out that I needed to change the setting from website from which the label was sent. Very pleased with the printer and excellent service.

This printer works really well from a desktop computer. It prints fast and high quality. Intallation was easy. But if you want to print from an iPad or iPhone, understand that you will be clicking a LOT to get the label to print. It's not that it's hard to do or complicated, but it's just a looooot of steps. You cannot print a PDF from a browser to a Bluetooth printer in iOS. That just doesn't work unless you are printing to an AirPrint-capable printer, which this is not. So, you have to prep your label in whatever service you're using, download it as a PDF, save it to your files on your phone or iPad, open the Jadens app, open the file browser within that app, find that file in your list of saved files, load the file into your list of available items to print, select that specific label from the list, then you can finally print. If the orientation of the PDF isn't correct, you'll also need to add in a step for rotating the label. Again, I really like the speed and quality of this printer, but I absolutely hate the way it works within iOS. I don't know how much more it would have cost to be AirPrint compatible, but I would have definitely paid more for that!

I received my Bluetooth label printer but was having trouble with the font I called customer service and was assisted with patients and understanding he was amazing and we got it to work perfect. 🥰

I was not sure if this thermal printer would work for my Poshmark shipping needs. At first, it was tricky to adjust to my apple cellphone but when I did it- great result!I already shipped my parcel with the new shipping label.I am glad not to waist money on the ink and paper, so much more economical with this label painter.
