This was very easy to put together. I did find it funny that the people who are complaining about the feet, didn't realize that you have to take the little rubber nubbies off that were put on them for protection. It took me maybe twenty minutes to put together and the bag was probably the annoying part, getting it just right. But not a big deal. Nice tight fit. I did tear one of the velcro pieces off trying to pull it together. But it looks great and was exactly what I wanted. It's very light weight but sturdy and if I wanted to wash the bag, it's easy enough to take off. My other ones are made of partical board and are very heavy and hard to clean and the hinges for the lid broke off the wood. I think I may get another one of these. I definitely recommend them. The blue denim was a little lighter than the picture.

Ease of construction: 5/5. It was fairly intuitive, even without looking at the instructions, but I still would glance at them initially as I did. The combo pack was put together within an hour, even with children at play during the unboxing and construction. The durability: ?/5 The jury is out on this one. The bench so far is easily handling around 55lbs of children at play. An adult around 300+ has sat on it and it seems steady, but I definitely question the 600lb threshold advertised. There is no connective hinge keeping the lid attached, which does mean no sliced fingers, but still the potential for smashed fingers in child households. The footrest doesn't use metal framing like the bench does, it's collapsible. I really doubt how much it can hold on its own. I wouldn't put more than necessary upon it. Pricepoint: 4/5 I think we spent under $130.00 for the combo, both shipped separately, and I mean, they are pretty decent for what we paid. I do not feel too disappointed. Complaints: 2/5 I really wish that the footrest could have had a metal framing just in case, for additional seating options. Also, the sticky adhesive for the anti-scuff rubber for the feet is not very good. I'd advise picking up some of your own adhesive and letting it set before attaching the legs. The welding for the metal looks decent, but I've been wrong before with unrelated products. The final verdict: 3/5 The SONGMICS storage ottoman bench and footrest are a decent additional to any household for light to medium use, but if you want something more durable for heavy use... this product may not be what you are looking for.

I bought this bench to put in front of a window so my dog can sit/lay on it and look outside. Prior to buying the bench I was using some milk crates covered in a blanket. That worked fine, but it was not quite tall enough at about 12 inches for her to lay down and look out plus over time it started to scratch the hardwood flooring due to the crates shifting around. This bench solved all those issues plus it looks nice and has some storage too which is a nice bonus. Unlike other reviewers I did not find it particular easy to assemble, but it was not terribly difficult either. The instructions are just pictorial but get the job done. The hardest part was stretching the fabric over the frame to complete the assembly. Some of the Velcro tabs that hold it down to the frame did not line up very well and one tore off during the assembly too. Too be fair though once it's assembled the Velcro does not really do all that much anyway. One thing I was concerned about was the strength of the top and frame. For reasons I won't go into here, I need to stand on the bench often so I needed one that could support my 180 lbs weight. I posted a question and received mostly affirmative responses so I took the chance - mainly due to the steel frame. It appears to be sufficiently strong enough to handle my weight with no problem so that's a huge plus for me. In the end it looks nice, the fabric is thick and plenty strong, it can handle weight, it's not overly hard to assemble, can be used for storage and comes at a decent price. If I could I would rate it 4-1/2 stars due to the assembly issues I mentioned, but given the price and the final product, I would lean more toward five stars. I have no problem recommending this bench to others if the things noted in my review seem to fit your needs as well.

Giving it 1 star because I cannot give it 0… I ordered the ottoman with the steel frame while it was on special for $79, and was very excited to receive it. I’ve ordered other items by this brand in the past and been very pleased with them. Instead I received the foldable one and, when I try to submit for a replacement, I cannot have it exchanged—only refunded… but the item I want is now at $99 instead of the promo offer it had at the time of purchase. Incredibly upset by this, cannot understand how such an obvious mistake was made when the listing was correct—and I’m no longer able to get the item at the advertised price when I originally ordered. 😕 EDIT: Confirmed again and sure enough, I was sent the LSF018G01S instead of the ULSF088G01 model I had ordered. Amazon did their best to make things right, but now suddenly the brand will not ship this or any item to my address despite having bought multiple of their shelves products in the past. Abysmal experience, would not recommend. 🙅🏻‍♀️

I actually really like this piece and it was easy to put together with the exception of one thing..... The legs/feet did not have clear instructions. The directions didn't show nor say that the feet had protective caps on that needed to be twisted of before installing. TBH at first CS was no help they told me initially I had to contact Amazon and the only choice Amazon had was to take it apart repack it and send it back or accept $14 and go find my own feet. It took several calls (which were never answered) and several emails before someone responded that actually knew what to tell me to do.

Easy to ensamble. Fits lots of toys! Toddler’s favorite seat, the color matches nicely with the ikea sofa and seat we already had it fits 2 adults nicely when extra seating is needed.

Love this piece! Easy to assemble and is stronger than I initially expected. I purchased it to serve as a coffee table/foot rest. I always had wooden coffee tables but so happy I got this piece now instead. I can store blankets and extra pillows in it. Very comfy for our feet and looks great. I bought a pretty wooden tray with handles and put it on this bench and it holds our deinks etc perfectly. Very happy with this purchase!

Arrived intact. Looks great at the end of my sons bed. Easy to put together. Very nice colour. The negatives are that the sides are not solid so the quality of product is low. Due to this fact, you really need to think about what you store inside as it could cause the sides to rip or bulge. Also the lid lifts off like a hat and not screwed in.
