Although on the expensive side of keyboards, it’s so worth it in the long run, I’ve been using this keyboard for a while now and I’ve been so impressed with the build quality, performance and ease of use. My mechanical skill in game has doubled because of the quick response time of the OmniPoint 2.0 mechanical switches. Their magnetic actuation is virtually instant, so they respond 11 times faster than your average mechanical key. You can tweak the sensitivity of every key, all the way from pro-gamer 0.2 mm to a more careful 3.8 mm. That variable sensitivity also means you can program the keys twice. So you can map actions to both a light keypress and a heavy one.

In 2020 I got addicted to Fortnite & I'm playing ever since at least 3 days a week I'm 39 years old I love playing PC games There's a reason why this is the best keyboard for Fortnite because in game while you are building & editing & switching weapons even a fraction of a second is key to be faster over your opponents So this keyboard's specialty is the ability to set the "Actuation" which means the responsiveness-speed-sensitivity of the keys You can set between 0.2 (to be honest this is waaaay to sensitive) to 3.8 My optimal setting is 0.6 is perfect for Fortnite but a bit too sensitive for just typing This is a mechanical keyboard so it is loud & all of the keys are "independent from each other" so you can press all the 104 keys together & it will register It has a lot of presets for coloring the keys & wave effects etc... You can load any black & white image for the small OLED screen which is really cool This is the best keyboard I've ever have

Wow! This is an incredible keyboard. VERY responsive; certainly lives up to its claim as the worlds fastest keyboard! Very robust, yet surprisingly light. Very comfortable to use. Excellent customisation options using the supported software (which is free!). Arrived next day, well packaged. Don't let the price put you off. The most it costs, the better it is!

I’m on my second of these keyboards, thr first was replaced under warranty after 1 year of use. On the first keyboard the blue led under the F1 key failed leaving the key looking completely different from the others. Last night I noticed that the i key on the new keyboard seems to be having a similar problem. I ordered this keyboard 2/1/2024. All the keys are set to blue but the I key is looking slightly green. I’ve played around in the software trying to set all keys to the same colour and the I key is always slightly off. This is a really great keyboard but when you pay £176 you don’t expect the leds to fail this quickly. Update 1/3/2026 I now have 4 keys with failed blue LED's

It is hard to explain this keyboard until you have used it but it feels amazing the use and the fact that you don't have to press the keys completely to type means it is so much quicker to do anything with it. I have not tried gaming on it but straight away i can see how people have said it makes them much quicker. its a really nice looking keyboard and the build quality is also very good. it obviously is a very expensive keyboard however even if you aren't using it for gaming for every day use it is lovely to use.

At first it was a great keyboard with a lot of options included. However after 3months the keyboard started having phantom switches. In my case it was thr Tab, and Caps button that were being spammed so quick you couldn't do anything. From what I can tell there isn't any solution to this problem. With thr price off the product I wouldn't recommend this keyboard to anyone due to this problem and find a different keyboard.

Overall im pleased with the apex pro, i did not expect the key switches to feel so buttery smooth and they dont have much of a hollow sound compared to the apex 7 edition. One thing I will say is depending on the game your playing, you might not notice the fast actuation, modern warfare 2 is a great example, the game is designed to make movement and animations slower so despite how fast the keyboard is, you wont have the advantage, not the fault of SteelSeries, games like Fortnite or apex legends will benefit more. The 2 in 1 feature I have not tried, I will update the review in due course when I figured it out. pro -detachable USB -actuation of 0.2, feels very responsive depending on the game -good software -RGB is good -oled screen can have a nice gif logo -key switches are butter smooth -keys are double shot, long lasting cons -expensive -not hot swappable -wrist rest is a dust magnet

La tastiera è ottima e secondo me vale il prezzo, partiamo dall'estetica: avevo letto delle recensioni che dicevano che gli rgb non erano molto luminosi, ora che ho acquistato questa tastiera posso sfatare questa cosa, infatti gli rgb sono perfetti a parer mio, sono luminosi ma non distraenti, "satisfying" e personalizzabili. La tastiera in se' la trovo molto elegante. Il display e' caruccio nel senso ti da la possibilita' di personalizzare e rendere ancora piu' "tua" la tastiera. feeling: gli switch lineari emettono un rumore molto soddisfacente e non "plasticoso", mi piacciono molto. Ma comunque so che il feeling di una tastiera e' una cosa molto soggettiva e dipende anche da quale tastiera usavate prima, io utilizzavo una keychron k4 v2 e preferisco il feeling di questa Apex Pro (2023). prestazioni: la tastiera e' molto reattiva e responsiva (sicuramente ci sono tastiere piu' responsive in commercio ma si parla di differenze minimali e trascurabili, ammesso che non utilizziate la tastiera come acceleratore di particelle non so quanto vi possa cambiare avere 0,1ms in meno o in piu'), inoltre ho impostato actuation point a 1mm e lo trovo una giusta via di mezzo tra gaming e typing. robustezza: sulla durevolezza della tastiera non posso dire molto in quanto l'ho presa da poco ma mi da' l'impressione di essere molto solida, inoltre i tasti non sono lisci ma ruvidi il che dovrebbe limitare la consumazione dei tasti, ma ripeto ancora non mi posso esprimere a riguardo precisamente. riassunto: la reputo un ottima tastiera, ottima per il gaming e anche per il typing.
