Antistax Leg & Vein Massage Gel, 125mls

I suffer with very painful bouts of aching legs. The GP said it 'was varicose veins and there was nothing the NHA could do!'. when I get a bout I take vitamin E capsules. put my legs up, and put this clear ointment on. it really seems to help. it is expensive but you only need a tiny bit of the gel at a time. I have ordered some anistax tablets too as I see that I can take them even though I am on warfarin. I have had them before but had to stop both as I was short of money for a while. the trouble is I never know when I will get a bout as it doesn't seem to follow any extra activity etc, and I don't want to take the tablets all the time. so I will keep them for when I actually have the aching legs.

I can't say I noticed a difference on veins etc, but it is absolutely lovely after a long day on your feet. It cools and makes my feet ad legs feel much less tense. Be careful if you have sensitive skin, I found it a bit much on the back of my knees, but it shows it clearly has an effect :-)

Delivery faster than expected.Easy to apply the gel which is like in the toothpaste . Nice cooling action and relieves the pain .This is my first time using it .I cant say it it competely solves the tension and pain , heaviness in the leg, but it has reduced a lot. Long term usage will show the effictiveness of this gel.

Brought for a short 2 n half hour flight as my legs and feet swell and are very painfull for days.I used a big dollop of gel on each calf and around the entire ankle area before I left for the flight.After security I sat and really massaged more gel into each calf foot ankle areasMy legs,ankles were fine no swelling.I didnt apply it to my toes entire foot but wish I had as they were slightly swollen.Definitely buy it again for any kind of flight.I'd re apply during any flight over 2 n half hours every 2 n half hours.

I have had this product before, but this one seems to not do what the label says.Also when checking the bottle before opening, it had already been opened as the seal was not on the bottle. The box was also dirty. There was no seal on box either.I think this item may have been sent back and paid a lot for it.I wanted it to be there the same as a few years ago. That helped my legs very much.Would I buy it again, not sure, I was going to do it on subscribe and save. But not at the moment.I gave it two stars for this reason

This leg gel is a life saver! Discovered it after suffering from cellulitis which made my legs so painful tender and puffy. This cools and soothes. Perfect after a long day on your feet or to cool down hot achey legs any time.It does leave your hands freezing cold for aong time after rubbing it in so I now use latex or vynil gloves to apply it. Can be a hit sticky but I do put a lot on!

I have suffered with walker’s vasculitis for years and the unsightly rash seemed to be getting worse. I tried this gel more out of desperation than expectation and to my surprise I have not had any rash. Several factors may be helping - I have lost some weight and the weather is cooler - but I will continue to use it for a while yet and see what happens if I stop for a while in the summer.

Not sure it’s done a lot but lovely and cool to put on refreshes tired legs , not seen an improvement on veins
