I have returned 2 of these. The handle stuck on the first one, trapping the paper. Then the second one either didnโt release the paper after cutting or it cut it uneven.

Cuts very well
This hole punch does exactly what I need it to do. It cuts vinyl, paper, and card stock with ease. It's cut every thickness that I've tried. I like that I can see from the bottom where it's cutting so I can easily line up a design. It feels like it's made strong and will last a long time. It seems to be a good value for the price.
