Very good and impressed with the quality
I ordered these mushrooms not really knowing what to expect....... however! On receipt of them, I am impressed as the slices are large and the taste is amazing, this will be my go to for re-order when the time arises. Very impressed. :)

Plastic in mushrooms.....
Found a piece of plastic in my pack! Like a thin hair-like piece of plastic wire about an inch and a half long.... if I hadn’t rinsed my mushrooms I wouldn’t have noticed it and it would have went straight into my meal.

Rich in flavour and good to eat.
These make an excellent addition to cottage pie. The liquor from soaking them will also enrich the gravy! I have kept mine at room temperature for almost a year now and as long as they remain perfectly dry they are fine to use. I suspect that if they are refrigerated they will absorb moisture and loose shelf life.

Useful size bag, mushrooms have excellent flavour and are not sandy. Great addition to risotto.

Excellent quality and value
This seems to compare well with what's available locally in terms of both quality and price. Dried porcini are great for adding depth of flavour to meat-free soups, stews etc.

Weak flavour
One of the people who ate a risotto made with the mushroom was sick and unwell after eating. I didnt have any problems, but i dint think it much taste. I was expecting better. Wouldn’t recommend.

Easy to use . Nice size slices. Nice variation on the Forest and Shi-taki. You never know for sure of course but seem clean and safe to use .i Would buy from this company again. Same mushroom and different ones if they have them

Champignons mêmes pas prorpre avant d'avoir été séché, ce ne sont mêmes pas des cèpes. Une honte de vendre cela à ce prix.
