direct replacement for existing fan which has succumbed to wear and tear after a fair bit of use, it was still very functional but not as quiet as when originally installed a few years ago. I'd removed and thoroughly cleaned the original one several times and will do the same with this replacement, it only takes a maximum of an hour, it's not difficult and well worth the effort in my opinion as they do become gummed up with the inevitable grime (damp dust within a bathroom environment).

First impressions not so great, the box was battered and opened.Upon inspection the fan itself seemed ok and no obvious signs of damage etc. first off I did notice that the finish on the plastic wasn’t that great and the circuit board hanging off.Fitted all good, wired in all ok, comes preset to the lower setting (15L), just move the little jumper across the pins to make it 21L but I don’t think we need that in our little bathroom.Takes a couple of seconds to come on when you put the light on. I turned my dial down to overrun for approx 10 minutes after the light goes off. The fan is quiet on the lower setting for sure so that’s handy in the night when I accidentally turn the light onThe wiring is live, neutral and trigger/switch.Overall happy enough with it; our old one must have been 10-12 years old and boy did it show its age. The new one does look more modern and clean

No nonsense extractor fan that works efficiently and very quietly. Easy to install and looks smart enough.

Good quality product very smart with only a whisper of sound, good extraction rate

If you have wet wall panels or tiles , check that the side the cable comes through matches the extractor ports. Apart from that it does a good job and is quiet.

Fits well, looks good and is quiet. Airflow isn't the best but its adequate.
