It came all banged up and with some marks printed in. They should do a better job of protecting it. It says to leave it 24 to 48 hours to hang which I did but it didn’t do the trick. In general not bad backpack.

Sturdy, lots of pockets and space with a small to medium size.

This backpack feels great to have on your back, as it has a low impact on your back from weight. However, if you have any need for packing food or water in your backpack along with laptops or chargers, you may run into issues of space. I was able to take a bag of snacks, a couple boxes for lunch, and 2 small water bottles with little room leftover in the main compartment.There is a separate compartment for a laptop which I haven't used yet, but it looks spacious enough to fit most laptops. If you have an older laptop however, you may want to check and move it to the main compartment if there's an issue with space and feel.The USB ports and provided charging cable are great, I love being able to plug my phone into the side of my backpack instead of carrying a large charger in my pocket.

The first thing I noticed upon opening this backpack was the quality of the materials. It is made extremely well and likewise it is very well thought out. The front of the pack is made from thick material to provide it a nice shell that feels like it can handle quite a bit of abuse. The zippers operate smoothly and have a nice thick feel to them. The straps are very comfortable to wear and you even have a hidden pocket in the back to store more sensitive items. Lastly, it contains an elastic strap in the back so that you can put it onto your suitcase while wheeling it around the airport. The backpack also contains an airport approved locking mechanism so you can lock your backpack which is a great feature to prevent tampering while in a crowd or while it's going through security.There are two main compartments with the backpack, the front pocket has a zippered pouch in the top near the outer clamshell which is nice for storing anything you need quick access to. Then there is a large open area followed by two pouches which could store water bottles and another zippered pocket. In the bottom of this area, you have a USB-A and a USB-C cable which provide the ability to house a battery for charging your devices on the go through the USB-A and USB-C ports on the exterior of the bag.In the larger back zippered area, I was able to fit my macbook pro 16" computer in the computer section, in the smaller pouch in front of it, I was able to fit my iPad Pro 12" which has a logitech combo touch keyboard and still manage to zipper the thing closed with ease. Then you still have a nice open area before there is some additional storage areas which are perfect for storing your chargers, cables, mice, etc.Overall, this is a perfect backpack for my needs both for traveling with my electronics and as a daily driver when heading into the office or a meeting. I highly recommend this pack and look forward to it's years of service!

The size is just right for your latpop, tablet and few electronic devices like charger and headphones. If you gonna use this for travel thats basically what you can fit and just a little bit more. I can't recommend this as your hand carry bag then add a few extra clothes, it might not fit at all. But if you travel very light, and you know you don't need extra clothing this is good. The other compartment is not large enough. As per description, its width is only 5.5 in in. So keep that in mind. The usb feature is great addition securing your battery pack inside and only exposing your usb cable charger for your phone. There are a lot of small pockets insides and dividers to organize your little gadgets or adapters inside. The bag has great cushion protecting your stuff from unnecessary bumps.
