Does this remove bird poop ( for keeping a bottle in the car when you need to remove on the go)?

no it is better pre wash.just use a bottle of detailer for the bird poop.

Can this be used on a matte painted car? Just thinking about using this together with water to remove bird droppings, etc.

Yes this can be used on matte & satin finishes

Recommend dilution ratio for the 5l, regarding tf, bugs and wheels

Hello, Citrus Power comes ready to use in 5L and does not need diluting. Hope this helps :)

Will this remove tree sap?

it depends on the sap really. In some cases it will but if the sap has hardened you may need a clay bar to remove any remaining spots.
