Holds more dental floss than what you get at the dentist office! Got this October 1st, started using it about a week later, and just ran out of the first container yesterday (January 16th). I floss at least twice a day (sometimes, but seldom, 3), and run out of dental floss from the dentist office in a couple of weeks. Love that this floss lasts longer. Definitely recommend for anyone to use this product!

For many years, my attitude toward flossing was, why bother? You're just going to die anyways! Then, I had a new dentist who pulled up his wheely chair next to me, looked me in the eye and said, "you've got very good teeth, and I can tell you brush. But I can also see that you don't floss, and it's just as important as brushing, if not more." He then went on to put the fear of God in me... and I don't even believe in God. His words challenged my view that, although my teeth are just another thing that's going to fall out of my gross decaying meat body, I should probably take care of them. Somehow, Reach was the first brand that I ordered, as I embarked upon this more hopeful phase of my life. It's a waxy but not plasticky floss, and it also doesn't have that fabric/rope-like texture. It's easy on the teeth. A lover once told me, when observing me cleaning my teeth, "you brush your teeth like you hate them." That's right--with intensity, with vigor, with true force. My flossing style is the same. I take it the limit. And with Reach, I can go deep between the teeth and the gums, threading the floss back and forth as though it is being pushed and pulled by a little tiny crew of old timey loggers with a big saw. And so much icky stuff comes out. I can't believe that for all these years I was falling asleep with the minty taste of toothpaste in my mouth, but still having chunks of sardines and blood sausage between my teeth! Speaking of blood, I started flossing, my gums bled for a month. But nothing worthwhile in life comes easy--my mouth is now cleaner and healthier, and I bled for it. Now, I look forward to my flossing routine every evening. Thanks Reach!

This stuff claims to be free of harmful chemicals, which is why I ordered it. Not sure why floss would have harmful chemicals in it, but apparently some do. Tried a different brand, more expensive and too thick. Very hard to get between my teeth. This stuff is cheaper and thinner and supposedly chemical free. Goes between my teeth pretty well. Frays and shreds sometimes, but hasn't actually broken. Will keep using it.

I'm not a fan of that thin, threadlike floss. I much prefer this style of "tape" floss. The mint flavor is not unwelcome, either. I've been using REACH dental floss for some years now. These multi-packs last almost a year, for me. I plan to continue to purchase this floss.

There is a difference between the "Cool Mint" variety of dental floss and the regular mint as both my wife and I can attest. She noticed the greater quality in the Cool Mint and yours truly who notices the 2x cost differential. I had to send go through the process of sending back the cheap stuff and asking for a replacement. Hopefully you will meet with better luck since I had no issue with my original purchase a year or so ago. Good luck!

Actually better than Oral-B. It doesn't snap

I am not, historically speaking, a lover of flossing teeth. All those years of getting shredded and dreaded bits of floss stuck in between teeth, and the sharp-edges on the thread-like floss — all that created a avoidance of the stuff that resulted in some good advice from my dentist. “Get a better brand! “ This Listerine mint floss is actually quite a pleasant experience; you could say it’s the best little burst of lovely mint ever, and the floss itself is non-shredding and easy to maneuver. I’m happy that I’m taking care of my teeth and gums better, and my dentist is happy too. So yes, dental floss can be enjoyable. Recommend.

Shreds, get stuck in teeth, bought the Listerine floss last time, it was great floss, but you can't get it anymore this is replacement. Garbage don't waste your money I have to toss it all out.
