Solved Dry Eyes Problem
The Vitamin D in this is small, but I bought it for the Vitamin A. I had very dry eyes according to my eye doctor. Both my spouse and I were using the expensive drops. Once I started on this, I could feel my eyes moistening within a couple of hours and they stayed that way for 24 hours. When I went back for an eye exam, my tear film tested normal, but I already knew it would. We both will take this the rest of our lives and have no need for expensive dry eye drops. If you are zinc deficient, it may not work as zinc helps absorb and process Vitamin A.

Easy to swallow is the Key
Regular use depends on being easy to swallow. Some capsules are small but fat. These aren't that at all. The bonus is that these don't cause me to burp.

High Vitamin A and D percentage, don't take with a multi-vitamin
I got this for the Vitamin D, but the Vitamin A is a bonus. I do feel it when I take this. The Vitamin A percentage is high, so I don't take this on days when I take my multi-vitamin so as not to get Vitamin A toxicity. I do with the percentage was a bit lower as I don't need that much Vitamin A. Still this is good for those days when I rotate out of my Multi-vitamin usage. Your body stores the Vitamin A and D it doesn't use, so that means what it doesn't use it stores within your body and tissues which can be toxic if you're not taking a break from it once in awhile.

Small Capsules, US Facilities
Vitamin reviews are so subjective-- they can work differently for different folks and it's not like us reviewers have a lab to test everything. What I do know is that these capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have not noticed any aftertaste or "fish burps" associated with these. Living in the Pacific Northwest, my doctor recommends Vitamin D supplements, and I trust his advice. For quality, Carlyle's website does say that they source ingredients worldwide, which I'm not a huge fan of (I wish it was all US sourced), but they also say that their facilities are based in the US. With the manufacturing at least based here, I have a lot more trust in these supplements than some of the imported ones from countries that may have a bit more relaxed regulations.

i take a lot of supplements and this has started to be one of them
So far I have noticed a good bit of changes, but I can't say a lot in terms of long term benefit since it hasn't been a crazy amount of time so far. I have noticed a good improvement in my metabolism, my body feels great, and I feel a lot healthier overall. I think that as I continue to take them then I will be able to better review it in the long term but at least in the short term I have noticed good solid changes and good improvements. Will update this in time
