Nope it didn't and Ive been using this primer for about 4 months now

Q: How long does it stay matte for ?

Depends on how oily your skin is. For combo skin I'd a good 8+ hours. Less for very oily skin. This is definitely one of the best drug store shine controlling primers I've tried though, and had very good shine control
